John Elder is a licensed tile contractor, commercial business development and tile installation professional who grew up working for Caffall Tile, the 90 year old family business well known in the Ceramic Tile industry. He started at the bottom stocking shelves in his family's tile warehouse, to truck driver, to tile helper. He worked hard to develop the experience to become a true professional in his trade with many years of field installation and business development. After 40 years experience in the Tile industry and the completion of thousands of commercial and residential projects, he truly is a Master of his Trade!

Nate Ferguson is an experienced business leader with over 6 years in finance, banking and investments. Estimating, business development, and managing are his current main focuses, as well as utilizing an understanding of finances to help John Caffall Tile continue to succeed. Since Nate joined the John Caffall team, he has helped the business grow and expand to greater profitability and capacity. He also has helped expand John Caffall Tile's field of expertise beyond only tile and pavers; John Caffall Tile has since installed thousands of square feet of vinyl plank, vinyl tile, carpet tile, and many other types of flooring.

Stephanie is the life-blood of John Caffall Tile. She is a jack-of-all-trades, except she is the master of all of them as well! She keeps John Caffall Tile's heart pumping by overseeing all payables, receivables, payroll, HR, and much more. She has over 20 years in the construction industry, and with that experience she also brings a determination to make sure our office is managed efficiently and effectively.

Mario Miramontes is the backbone of John Caffall Tile. He brings to the table 15+ years of construction experience, majority of those years have been spent as a top-of-the-line Tile Setter. Mario connects genuinely with almost everyone he meets, and his sunny disposition plus his passion for seeing quality work done right makes him a natural leader. Mario keeps our crews busy and on track and makes sure they have everything they need, while also keeping customers and contractors up to speed with the progress of the jobs.
