John Elder is a licensed tile contractor, commercial business development and tile installation professional who grew up working for Caffall Tile, the 90 year old family business well known in the Ceramic Tile industry. He started at the bottom stocking shelves in his family's tile warehouse, to truck driver, to tile helper. He worked hard to develop the experience to become a true professional in his trade with many years of field installation and business development. After 40 years experience in the Tile industry and the completion of thousands of commercial and residential projects, he truly is a Master of his Trade!

Mario Miramontes is the backbone of John Caffall Tile. He brings to the table 15+ years of construction experience, majority of those years have been spent as a top-of-the-line Tile Setter. Mario connects genuinely with almost everyone he meets, and his sunny disposition plus his passion for seeing quality work done right makes him a natural leader. Mario keeps our crews busy and on track and makes sure they have everything they need, while also keeping customers and contractors up to speed with the progress of the jobs.
